The Microsoft Access Call Log/Interaction Tracking Database is a full-featured system built completely in Microsoft Access tables, forms, reports, and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) code that allows you to record and track call log/interactions. Based upon some of the concepts of the Microsoft Outlook Calendar modules, this database template has the advantage of being 100% Microsoft Access based. This aspect allows for smooth and easy integration into your existing Access database. The Microsoft Access Call Log/Interaction Tracking Database offers a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly view of call logs/interactions. As well as a form for creating and maintaining a call log/interaction event. The Microsoft Access Call Log/Interaction Tracking Database also includes pre-built daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports.

This version contains all the features in our Standard Calendar Database/Template, but adds the ability for you to create a call log/interaction event for a specific employee and assign that employee to a department. You can then filter the calendar you are viewing by that employee or department to view of that employee’s or department’s call log/interaction events by either the initial date or the follow-up date. The calendar also includes the ability to import and/or export your data to and from Outlook.

Once you purchase the database template, you will receive the full version of the database in a standard Access Database file. The purchased database will have full access to the database window, all design objects, the visual basic project code, and you will be able to modify or add to the design in any way you wish (this does not apply to the run-time/compiled versions).
